- First 30km radius of our warehouse in Edenvale is free, surcharge is levied at R14 per km.
- Extensions are charged at R4 per Ecobox per day.
- There is a R40 surcharge per floor for delivering/collecting Ecoboxes where there is no lift.
- A surcharge of R14 per km for any distance out of the above prescribed free delivery radius will apply.
- Weekend and Public holiday deliveries will attract a surcharge of R300. Available in Gauteng only.
- Copy of ID book or driver’s licence required
- Payment will be required upfront to confirm the booking.
- A cancellation can only be confirmed if we are advised in writing at sales@rentabox.co.za or info@rentabox.co.za
- For cancellations received more than two weeks prior to delivery: 0% cancellation fee will apply.
- For cancellations received ONE WEEK or less prior to delivery: 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- For cancellations received within 24 hours to delivery: 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- An extension can only be confirmed if we are advised in writing at sales@rentabox.co.za or info@rentabox.co.za and may attract additional costs on a per week basis, as quoted above.
- Boxes will be delivered in a clean and useable condition. It is expected that they be used for reasonably clean household or corporate moves – unless agreed up-front and in writing. If after the move the Eco-boxes require a deep clean, we shall charge a fee of R8.50 per Eco-box.
- By accepting use of RENTABOX Ecoboxes, you agree that you are liable for any loss, theft or damage of any and all of the boxes arising out of an act, omission or negligence of you the Client or your employees, agents or representatives.
- Lost or damaged boxes will be charged at R516+vat per box. Normal wear and tear is expected.
- In the unlikely event that the eco-boxes are unpacked and a request for collection is made earlier than the expiry of the rental period, any monetary value of the remainder of the rental period will be forfeited, however, the boxes can be retained until the end of the rental period.
- Lost trolleys will be charged at R570+ vat.
- Eco-boxes with Trolley package is available in the Gauteng area only.
- If the pricing above does not meet your requirements, we are able to customise our offer to meet your specific needs.
- Any quantity of Ecoboxes less than 25 will be charged at the minimum rate of 25 eco-boxes.
- The above deals include a single free delivery and collection. If we have to visit you more than twice, the subsequent trips will be charged at R200 each.
- All our prices include VAT.

- All orders are subject to 48 hours notice.
- RENTABOX Ecoboxes remain the property of Ecobox SA Pty Ltd t/a RENTABOX.
- 24 - 48 hours notice is required for all deliveries and collections. Please note that orders for delivery or collection placed after 4 pm will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders placed after 4 pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Weekend deliveries are ONLY available with prior arrangement and have R300 surcharge.
