Description
R110 per day, per box We can deliver within 40kms of Sandton for R299 (return) or you can collect and return the box from our warehouse in Linbro Park, Sandton. The BikeSafe product is not available in Cape Town.
- Copy of ID book or driver's license required.
- You can pay by EFT.
- Payment will be required upfront to confirm the booking.
- A cancellation can only be confirmed if we are advised in writing at sales@rentabox.co.za
- For cancellations received more than two weeks prior to delivery: 0% cancellation fee will apply.
- For cancellations received ONE WEEK or less prior to delivery: 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- For cancellations received within 24 hours to delivery: 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- In order to conserve fuel, we may drop-off your BikeSafe box a day early or pick-up (2) days later. If your service date does get adjusted, you will not be charged an additional day fee.
- An extension can only be confirmed if we are advised in writing at sales@rentabox.co.za and may attract additional costs on a per week basis, as quoted above.
- If you need to rent the boxes for an additional period after the original contract period, it works out to R100 per box, per day.
- Lost or broken boxes due to negligence will be charged at R4879 + vat per box. Normal wear and tear is expected.
- Boxes will be delivered in a clean and useable condition. It is expected that they be used for reasonably clean moves – unless agreed up-front and in writing. If after the move the BikeSafe boxes require a deep clean, a fee of R148.50 per box will be charged.
- 24 hours notice is required for all deliveries and collections. Please note that orders for delivery or collection placed after 4 pm will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders placed after 4 pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Weekend deliveries are ONLY available with prior arrangement and have R300 surcharge.
